Bryant McNulty, CPA is a Certified Public Accountant with vast experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Real Estate and Private Equity.
Bryant is a major proponent of Financial Literacy and frequently speaks about its ability to alleviate poverty. He is an active member of his church, his community and strives to serve as many people as he can through his practice and passion for educating others. His passion for Entrepreneurship started at the age of thirteen after he read his first investment book and started his first business soon thereafter. He is a Serial Entrepreneur and has built six succesful companies by the age of thirty. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profits and corporations while acting as an Outsourced Chief Financial Officer for others. He frequently guest speaks, lectures, and provides guidance to individuals and business owners who commonly refer to him as a "Solutions Architect".
After graduating from Pace University in the top of his class with dual majors in Finance & Accounting and dual minors in Economics & Law, Bryant began his career working for the first Venture Capital firm ever founded, Bessemer Venture Partners. He mastered the art of Finance and Banking while working in the Investment Bank of JPMorgan. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license while working at the Big Four firm of Ernst & Young (EY) in the Advisory and Assurance practices. He spent his last several year before starting his own practice specializing in the areas of Management Consulting, Outsourced CFO, Audit, Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support, Financial Statement Preparation, and Individual and Business Tax Preparation.
While working for some of the most successful Financial Service firms and clients in the world, Bryant has served Hedge Funds, Venture Capital and Private Equity Firms, Trusts, Estates, Endowment Funds, Pension Funds, Private Clients, and Individuals with cumulative assets in excess of $800 billion dollars. Through these priceless experiences, he has mastered the art of utilizing the tax code to maximize tax savings, has been able to help businesses achieve profit maximization through implementing best practices from the most successful companies in the world, and learned how to provide guidance to help start-ups build extremely profitable and indestructible brands.
