Jeffrey graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in economics. After graduating Jeffrey worked as project manager in a small construction company and a financial advisor with Mutual of Omaha. After receiving his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007, Jeffrey commenced his professional career as a federal income tax consultant with KPMG LLP representing and advising Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, national defense, satellite communications, tech, skin care, and emergency response systems industries. Jeffrey’s focus was advising companies on the research and development tax credit, accounting methods, and cost segregation analysis.
Jeffrey thereafter spent the better part of his professional career representing small businesses in both transactional and litigation capacities bringing the “Fortune 500” experience to small businesses. Jeffrey’s specializing and primary focus is in contracts, employment law, business torts, and “business-divorce” litigation.
Jeff has lectured for the New York State Small Business Development Center, Turner Construction School of Construction Management, Minority Business Development Institute, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Brooklyn Law School. Through his efforts in educating small businesses Jeff has received Law Firm of the Year as voted by Citibank.
